★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit the clinic on a monthly basis.
Oscar checks the spinal alignment, makes an adjustment if necessary, and off I go. Previously I have had lower back pain issues, due to sports injuries and poor posture habits. I believe a monthly check reduces to likelihood of a niggle, if ignored, becoming a bigger problem, and this taking longer to rectify.
