★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly benefitted from Maria's vast knowledge around nutrition and wellbeing and her emotional support to stay on track. I learnt a lot about the role food plays in my life and this knowledge empowered me to make long-term changes. Now in my early forties I feel the healthiest and fittest I have ever felt especially since having 3 children. Losing weight on the way to an extent that I feel very comfortable in my body was an added bonus. Maria not only knows the research but also knows from her personal perspective what it is like to make changes and to struggle with cravings - I found that invaluable. Thanks Maria for your passion, being available and making me feel that no question was too small to ask.
