★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never really been a fan of refresher courses but now I am so glad I did, 3 days after this course the learnings were required in a real life and death situation, from the moment we got the call that a gentleman had suffered a cardiac arrest the learnings from the day were crystal clear in my mind, the actions seemed second nature, thank fully after 25 minutes of CPR/Defib we managed to come away with the best possible result
