★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heat Pumps NOW replaced my old pump with a new model, working out the best size and price for my needs. The installer explained all the options really well and I love my new appliance, especially the ability to use wifi to operate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a large 480sqm architectural home of the side of a cliff in Cashmere that had no aircon so I asked 3-4 companies to come and quote to install 7 units. Heatpumps Now were the only company not to be scared away by the complexity of the job with the others either not getting back to me or pulling out as it was "too hard". Blair, Kris and the boys (and girls!) quoted for Mitsubishi units, pleasantly surprising me with the price and the install went off without a hitch. The warned me they may have to cut some gib but amazingly this was not needed. Nothing was a problem and any questions I did have were promptly answered.
I have a number of rentals so have used a number of heatpump companies but I'll never use anyone else going forward. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being 'prepared' by early ordering/booking installation etc, Omicron certainly put all facets to the test and more. However Heat Pumps NOW showed their professionalism by keeping me informed of the situation and when things were to be delayed for however knows how long, I was offered an alternative at no extra costs. It was a great choice!! Installation was 110% awesome!! Thank you - Heat Pumps NOW you will be hugely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pre- instillation visit and quote was good. Unfortunately the unit was damaged in in transit which delayed the instillation date. When the installer arrived to put the unit in he stated that the position recommended wouldn't work and would cause a drop of efficiency of the unit. He came up with a solution which has proved excellent. I was disappointed that the person sent to commission the unit was unable to answer our questions regarding the use of controls and didn't understand the system. We were left reading and trying to decipher the manual rather than having the features explained. That being said we are still very happy with the instillation, workmanship and price.

They are diabolical at getting back to you sometimes, but it doesn’t help that the salesperson also does admin and install as well (go Adam!). They are friendly and helpful and when you do get hold of them they sort you out immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the fault was mine leaving it to the husband to organise a service and clean of the heat pumps. He failed to arrange a service; a clean only. Regardless, the person came and cleaned but couldn't clean the AC completely because 'that requires a technician'. She told my husband she would leave a note on our file for someone to come out to complete the job. He paid the $139 for her work (a task I could have done myself) but no one has contacted us. The unit has continued to smell and spit out black gunk and my efforts to get in contact with someone from the company have currently been fruitless. I can appreciate it is now Christmas time but, if your 'socials' are saying the business is open, one would expect someone to be available to follow up with queries.
UPDATE: was phoned this morning and arranged for the tech person to come service the unit mid Jan. They had the photos from the person who did the cleaning so she'd done her job but I don't understand why they did not follow up.
UPDATE: the technician didn't get around to following up. So hard to connect/poor at getting back. Have told the company not to bother - can't trust the workmanship of the technician. This is what we found when we got another company in to clean the unit (despite having someone from Heat Pumps Now coming to 'clean').
