★ ★ ★ ★ ★ outdated systems, draconian recruitment services. they've hired a recruitment company "Programmed" to filter people and staff lack foresight to think outside the box. their failures are the local economy's loss not just theirs alone. worked for this company 20 years ago and because I left two days before the season ended due to misinterpreting my contract, even after 6mths of faithful employment, even completing 99.9% of the season, I'm still in their "do not hire" list? seriously? building bridges requires good foundations, my review will not be changed unless they pickup the phone and at least hear my side of the story. and if they refuse to delete my name from that outdated list? then I will reduce the rating and put forth a formal complaint to admin and the employment tribunal. thank you Watties for great sauce, pity its leaving a bad taste tho! maybe they should've left it to Kiwi owners. at least you can talk to the boss directly if you need clarity
