Have been told certain parts will work with such car to then go to get parts fitted and the mechanic at my shop advised the aprts were wrong, politely questioned ray for him to light up and become abusive. Ended up dealing with Sam and he supplied a new part and it instantly worked. Avoid this business, similar reviews are found in many places. Someone who treats any person customer or not with such disrespect should not have the pleasure of doing business. Best to go see BM World Papakura or the guy across the road who is honest, knowledgeable and has a good discussion.

You will see from Ray's response that he is seeking out 'the customer' to blame, and does not take account for his actions; childishly calling me a troll when I am placing an honest review that has now been reinforced by his response. Read through Ray's other review and you will see the same issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray is incredibly knowledgeable. Sometimes customer service isn't the best, but Ray works hard, has a HUGE and unrivalled selection of BMW parts, and is honest. It might feel a bit blunt sometimes, but you know exactly where you stand and you'll get exactly what you've asked for. I chopped the BM because I got tired of a life of chasing oil leaks (3 BMWs later). But I don't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone with a BMW who needs parts!

I've struggled to find someone to replace my leaking radiator reservoir. Bumped into a bloke at Repco (Pete) who recommended Ray.
I flicked Ray a txt, he made a time for me, I dropped the car off, he txt me telling me it was sorted and was $320 for parts and labor.
Easy fix and the BMW now goes like hell again without having to top up leaky radiator.
(Under 48hrs from first txt to a solve - fast as hell too!)
