High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) has a high molecular weight, used for all fuel tanks. Using the thermoplastic polymer-formed method, we are able to easily cut, fold and weld all tanks inside and out, eliminating the number of joins needed to make a near seamless tank. HDPE is lightweight yet super strong, very low moisture absorption, easily mouldable and resistant to corrosive chemicals and recyclable.
Polypropylene (PP) is used for all types of water tanks. PP is a food grade plastic material which will not taint fresh water and it does not allow odour absorption so ideal for waste/sewage water tanks. Lightweight, super strong and recyclable.
Welding Rod: All our welding rod is made in-house. This enables use of the same HDPE or PP as the tank being manufactured.
Recyclable: All our HDPE and PP plastic is sourced locally from PRO-FORM in Hamilton (a division of ARB New Zealand). HDPE is fully recyclable using plastic code 2. PP is fully recyclable using plastic code 5. PRO-FORM practices lean manufacturing. PRO-FORM takes back all processed offcuts to be used into their internal applications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially they were great and Brett is the greatest professional there. The boss isn't so great. After having had a fantastic plastic 185 litre tank put in my truck 7 years ago, I wanted to come back for seeing if they could fix a tank that was leaking in my new truck. I got the cold shoulder from that boss, but not from Brett, but he couldn't really help me as his hands were tied and they were so "busy" that I couldn't get a turn till January 2018. Anyway, I went elsewhere( today) where I got seen to straight away and they not only fixed the leek but they also replaced some pipes and hoses and they worked for 3 hours on it and the price was very reasonable. I am glad I have found this other guy who I will now stay with always. Sorry Herculous, but I think you've got a bit of arrogance there.( not Brett though) It is only because of Brett and he great work that I give this review 4 stars. written 10/11/2017

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boys did an epic job, I had an idea of what I wanted once caravan was lifted realised that it wasn't so easy. A bit of brain storming a couple of custom tanks whipped up by the boys a bit of a frame change and tanks where in, they upsized my shower waste and as from experience new it was slow draining and gave me an awesome waste outlet which is easy to use.
Fresh water filler ran to the front of the caravan so no cutting into the body which was awesome, I think others would have cut in.
most of this done without discussion and I wouldn't of done anything different, the price was outstanding for the amount of custom work needed, they could've just slipped 2 small tanks in and sent you on your way but they went over and above and also thought about future issues.
Thanks so much for your time and effort so stoked to use you for our install.

If you use this company beware of Jim this fellow is very hard to deal with, He is great until you get the product and they have micky mouse the pick-up the he gets very belligerent over the phone. Judy is a worry we had planned to pay with our MC which she said was OK until we call to do so and then she advises us they don’t take credit cards. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They certainly did and the solved the problem for us which was really appreciated. There is a new owner for the business, Frank Aerts , and he was most helpful , I wish them well
