★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice change from bubble tea. The rice has a nice chewy texture which I loved. Very expensive however, and extremely slow service each time I've been. Tried ordering online to save waiting time, but they just started making it when they knew I arrived, so what's the point in that? Rest of family got Gong Cha down the road and despite a massive queue, had drinks in hand almost immediately, so will go there instead from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online before so that I can just collect it after work just to end up still waiting when I got there as it wasn't prepared. Then next visited sat night, store wasn't busy at all. Waited 10-15mins, noticed couple of drinks already prepared so I followed up my order to find out it was missed and not yet made, no apologies or whatsoever. I liked the drink but their process is unorganized, very poor service, wished their staff is more trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good! I only write reviews for shops that deserve a 5 star rating. The service speed is very reasonable, there are like 5 people working. I don’t think anyone should complain about the service speed, also keep in mind they still have to serve people through buy@home NZ and Hungry panda. I have anxiety with things. I panic a lot. I get frustrated with stuff which causes tension headaches. YOGOST made me feel much more happier that’s why I go there very frequently. Maybe a suggestion could be Yogost should offer loyalty cards/ VIP Cards. I think they have loyalty cards before?, but I don’t think a lot of people know about it. Without drinking Yogost I can’t view the positive things in my life.
