★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are really disappointed with the service from High Level Tiling. The tiler couldn't follow drawings or instructions (despite going over it several times with him) so the tiling was done incorrectly and had to be redone. The owner was very rude & nasty when problem discussed with him and the account was excessive as appears they charged to rectify their mistake. Finished job ok apart from water not running off as not enough fall allowed for.
