★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dad resided at Highfield Life care for 19 1/2 fabulous months. The care, compassion, friendships, stimulation and love he was given was unbelievable! The staff treat all residents as family, staff go out of their way personally for the residents (even visits in their own time), the meals where of extremely high standard and was the cleanliness, security and comfort! We as a family cannot thank ALL of the staff for EVERYTHING they did for our amazing Husband, Dad and Granddad. Communication at all levels was seamless 24 hours a day. We would most definitely recommend Highfield Life care in Timaru and utilise the facilities again if required ! Sincere thanks to Trish and ALL the team
