★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The path and picnic area has had a really beautiful makeover. My children and I love going there for a little beach time and for my youngest to play in the new and improved sandpit, boat play area. Would highly recommend for damilies who is keen for a young child friendly sunset watching picnic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet, peaceful place to have a picnic or lunch with your family on the bench and table facilities. Short walk to the beach but be aware it is a walk down steep stairs :) but once you get on to the beach it is a beautiful view over the Hobsonville area and Island Bay shallow sea side.
