★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited to return a rented item,gentleman in the office chose to ignore me.gentleman in the workshop chose to ignore me.had to wait until the gentleman dealing with another customer outside had finished working to return the rental and pay $150 for a 24hr loan.not good service.will use another company in the future.service needs to be improved.even just a simple we will be with you soon from the ignorant staff would be a start.
