About Hireworx Auckland
I have used Hireworx Oamaru a few times now for Trailer Hire, Hedge Trimmer and Rental loos for local promotion. The Guys are always friendly, and go above and beyond for service, from doing the paperwork quickly and efficiently to helping hook up and unhook the trailer, always with a smile, plus they have been behind the Waitaki community too with local events, like the Santa parade and the take a kid fishing. The pleasant professional nature of all the staff is a joy to experience, not enough businesses these days really do care about their customers and show it! I recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Communication is very slack! The process to get a cabin is ridiculous. The manager /main contact person, Adam does not know a single bit of customer service. If only you could rate no stars that would be my rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a bar fridge and chill trailer 4 months in advance of my wedding. Confirmed the week before with this company that I would pick up at 11AM. They text me the night before at 10PM (strange in itself) making sure I was taking the units. I then arrived to their location to pick up at 11AM the next day and the store was shut. It took me 30 minutes to get hold of anyone and they advised the only Auckland staff member was in Waipu. They said they would get back to Auckland for me to pick up 4 hours later when I had labour to help load it and had many other plans for the setting up of wedding venue. Total nightmare.
I do not recommend this company at all, barely even got an apology. I ended up not proceeding with them because of this and found other units for cheaper on 2 hours notice. Stay away from these guys!
