★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school is decent when it comes to the teaching process as it matches how some universities do, but the context of what is being taught it too low of a standard for a high school. There's no NCEA level 1, no genuine foundation for the students, and even no notable alumni when graduation is considered. Yes, beginning from year 12 is somewhat educational, but I think that it's simply too much of a jump for students to not do NCEA level 1 and move straight from almost no education in year 9 & 10 to a completely different curriculum in year 12. The rules aren't as strictly enforced with no detentions and such, and most games and websites aren't blocked from the wifi. I think that there has to be a reason why the school's population is 1/3 of other high schools 30 minutes away. I would like to say that parents, please reconsider before enrolling your children to this school
