β β β β β Thoroughly enjoyed browsing all glassware . Hard to choose as all amazing, in beautiful colours and form, and the meaning of some pieces, was very interesting. Finally made our choices. It was really nice not be be rushed. Enjoyed talking to the owners about their business and its history. And about their particular talent of putting loved ones, and pets ashes in their glassware. A great memorial. Thanks Guys . Will visit again

β β β β β Stopped in for Christmas presents and to watch the glass blowing. We bought a pair of beautiful gifts.
We were a bit early so had a bit of a chat. The guys were friendly and when we came back later enjoyed watching them make Kiwi & Penguins. Our 8yo was fascinated and would have stayed longer.

β β β β β It is a "must go" place in Hokitika. I visted the place 10 years ago and still find it amazing today. It is better to go in week day between 10:30am to 4pm when the workshop is opened. It is amazing to see how they put the colour in the glass and shape them.

β β β β β The glass work is beautiful. What a shame they don't know a thing about customer service. I've purchased twice and one time the owner seemed annoyed she had to stop talking to a friend to serve me and take my money. She was just rude. Went in the other day as grandchild number 3 is due soon and I wanted to buy the same penguins as I had done for the other 2. The owner and another person behind the counter were too busy to look up from their phones to at least greet me. Not going back. With the price they charge they should be nice to customers but probably think they are better than everyone else.
