At Mobility Centre, we are committed to providing a superior standard of service. This includes offering a warranty on all products sold by us, whether it is a ‘new’ or ‘used’ item.
Our warranty includes:
1 year warranty for all new products supplied from Mobility Centre. In addition to the standard 1 year warranty, some of our larger items include a 2 or 5 year warranty. We can happily advise you on the warranty applicable to your product at the time of purchase.
For ‘used’ products we offer a 90 day warranty on all products.
For ‘hire or rental’ products we will automatically replace or repair your rental item with another of similar type/function/model.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase. The warranty covers faulty materials, product defects, and faulty workmanship.
The warranty does not include damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product, or abuse or misuse of the product.
