HOME is the NZ business of London based Australasian Recruitment Company (ARC) which was established in 2003 and works with some of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic and industry-leading organisations. Lead by Samantha Webster (Co-founder and Director of ARC) and Minta Smith (previously Senior Consultant at ARC), we have established client and candidate relationships spanning over 15 years and 18,000 kilometres!

From the very first conversation we had, Carla was passionate about finding the perfect role for me and truly understanding what I was looking for in my next career step, which resulted in my employment with an excellent company I'd never have otherwise heard of. I must also give a quick shout out to Abigail and Jamila, who I also had the pleasure of speaking with during my job hunt. Carla took the time to really understand me and what I was looking for in my next role and I was also contacted by Minta with an opportunity that I would never have considered which really made me think outside the box! Although I managed to secure a new role through a personal application I had made, I really appreciated the effort and support given to me and it was a pleasure to deal with the team at Home Recruitment. β β β β β I am currently under HOME Recruitment as a contractor and I'm really happy with our interactions to date.
I sent my CV through seek for a job they were advertising and within 24 hours I was in touch with the recruiting consultant. We started with the usual meet and greet that you get when you go through agencies but he then proceeded to provide me with detailed background information about the contract without being prompted. The point of difference for me compared to all other agencies is that we put this role aside completely and focused solely on my career to date, transferrable skills and future career goals. After discussing how this role aligned with my future goals he didn't pressure me to continue the hiring process straight away, he gave me the time I needed to think about my next steps. This contract was a step up from my current work experience and my consultant encouraged me the whole way. Consistent support was provided throughout all of the interviewing stages and the signing on stage. Any questions I had were always answered promptly the same day or first thing the next business day. I'm now less than 1 month into my assignment and still have good communication with my consultant - We've even had a coffee together since being hired!
If you're looking for an agency that sees you as an individual and sees your worth, HOME recruitment is the one for you. It's a personable experience and they have some great roles going!
Special mention to Will Bradley. Thank you for all of your efforts to date including the follow through, it's been a great experience dealing with you from start to finish!

β β β β β I have always had the BEST experience with the Home Recruitment Team. Multiple roles that were available around my interest were always brought up to my attention by multiple members of the team. Communication is always there in a timely manner and the team make an effort to follow up on a regular basis with any updates but also just to check in and see how I was getting along. Special shout out to Minta from the team as I have now got a job placement through her! 10/10 experience and will keep in contact throughout my career searches. :)
