★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive. Just because it's Milford. I love hospice shops I let them have any change I have, so I get really annoyed that in high socio economic areas we pay top prices. Quite unfair and very snobby.

Most items were overpriced for secondhand items

These shops retail second hand goods.
The idea is to provide people who don't have much the opportunity to purchase preloved clothing and household items.
The items in the shop are well displayed and there is a good range.
But..
When second hand items have a price list for more than the item would be able to be purchased new there is a problem..?
I noticed that when browsing the shop there were items overpriced ?
It's unfortunate that this has happened..
The directors seem to have lost the big picture of providing a service for the needy and raising money..
Or have I got it wrong ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hospice shop, though I tend to shop for clothes I much prefer the stock of furniture here. Some items, I noticed, were on par with it's original price. For the most part though everythings pretty well priced and nifty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do like going to this shop but it’s more of an antique shop really. Like all hospice shops on the North Shore, they tend to price things rather expensive so you don’t really find any bargains these days but it’s for a good cause and you do find the odd treasure but you pay online prices for it.
