★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved from Christchurch to Auckland. Our Spa had to come with us. When we arrived I spoke to called Caroline for advice on re-installation.
She was generous with her advice, time and expertise. She put us in touch with a landscaper who did a wonderful job of getting us set up with a new concrete pad. When it was time to refill the Spa Caroline once again gave us great advice and guidance on how to get the salt water system restarted.
We purchased our spa in Feb of 2018. We still use it almost every night. It was the best thing we ever did for our family, and because we got the Hot Spring and the salt water system we only have to do maintenance every couple of weeks. I can't recommend Hot Spring enough.

She didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive, but rather the one that suited us the best, over the phone! As a result when we went into the store to check we got the right one, we didn’t need to change anything. We LOVE IT!

I couldn't fault the Newmarket team who were fantastic throughout the purchasing process and also helping me get up to speed with the water maintenance requirements going forward. First class post sale care. If you are looking at buying a spa I would highly recommend a hot springs model and dealing with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Newmarket showroom.

We made more than one visit to the Newmarket branch to do a test soak & also talk about the various options. Thoroughly recommend the excellent sales rep at this branch. She is amazing! We found Caroline to be very friendly & knowledgeable. She really went the extra mile to help us make the right choice. Hot Springs you are blessed to have her on your team. She deserves a promotion!
We choose the Highlife Triumph model in the end as it had all the features that we were looking for & had the added benefit of being able to use the Freshwater*salt system. We absolutely love it!

Got threaten by the worker to move your vehicle or you will get tow away. 10 out of 10 for this worker who like to destory any furture potential customer. Auckland Transport should liase with this company to have the issue resolved.
