β β β β β I had dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, but staff so rude, never say a word to us even thank you. Almost throw the dishes on the table. We haven't feel any respect. Terrible service.

β β β β β It's not the cleanest spot but I found it pretty comfortable and the staff friendly. These other reviews are rather harsh. It's a 25 dollar hostel - you get what you pay for. Would have given 5 stars if the WiFi was unlimited.

β β β β β Stayed for a night... rooms where clean and tidy. Staff were great. This is one of many very old pubs dotted around NZ and Australia. They are tired and worn out but usually very cheap with pleasant hosts. Couldn't fault the place forthe price.Happily stay there again.

β β β β β Rooms were clean, tidy and warm. The motel was dated but everything worked. Amenities were clean and the shower was nice and hot, after 10 days camping it was perfect. The staff were very pleasant and accomadating. I can't fault the place for the price!

β β β β β The food was nice and so was the stuff but the assistant manager was very rude and condescending towards me and my family. One of the stuff members told me she gossips about customers every chance she gets, and since she is the manager she has gotten away with spitting in customers food many times. Would i recommend this place absolutely! one bad apple should not ruin for everybody else. If it wasn't for the entitled assistant manager i would easily rate this place 5 stars but i have no choice but rate my experience 1 star.
