β β β β β Poor quality service and borderline scamming. They charge you $100 to book a flight and then another $100 if the flight was cancelled by the operator? On top of this they charge another $100 for rebooking the new flight. I'm never using HoT again.

Always feel super secure booking trips here, and any issues are always handled with no stress. Way better than the robots at Flight Center. Highly recommended!
