Service was completed quickly and unit replaced with out any disruption to me and my 4mnth old. Staff were great to deal with from start to finish, we wont hesitat to rebook for future services.

As well as their prompt, professional service they also took time to sit with my rescue dog, who gets super anxious about people coming into the house, to reassure her.

β β β β β Error code showed and I rung, the woman I spoke to knew exactly what needed to be done and organized a visit. This was unable to happen but she was great with communication and I felt taken care of. After a rocky start with getting an HRV installed (which was sorted very quickly) I have been well looked after with maintenance. The system itself is great and no more weepy windows, the house is so much warmer.
