★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HRV system is so good, very quick installation and instructions provided by the people who came to install at our home. Our only regret is, wish we could have installed the system earlier. But it's not late. We are so happy to have HRV installed and saw the effect just after two days of installation and saw the effect just after two days of installation. No moisture, no mould, clean air, no crying windows and so no morning window cleaning. Super happy and thank you for your explanation Gary Bir of every single detail about HRV. Highly recommend to anyone who is still thinking about installing HRV. And yes it is affordable.
After installing hrv system from HRV team, we also installed Panasonic Heatpump, yet another example of excellent service from team HRV and Gary Bir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've read a lot of negative comments, but we had no issues. The technicians who installed the system were polite, quick and tidy and explained how to operate the system well. We have only had it for a week but have noticed how much better it uses the air from the ceiling space first thing in the mornings. Great that it switches off and doesn't run (forcing hot air) at the wrong time, unlike our old system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HRV system put in our house two weeks ago. Salesperson was quick, efficient, knew her stuff and sold us completely with her promises. Came on a Tuesday, system put in on a Thursday! Easy to use, results seen straight away. No more crying windows and the house is dry!

We decided to commit and the install happened instantly. We are super stoked with how timely and efficient it was and that he offered alternative payment options. We have been so so happy with the system. Not a drop of condensation and our house is so much warmer in the cooler mornings and not stuffy at all not the hot days, definitely worth it. Thanks so much Chase for help and follow up. A very relatable and friendly guy. Great service and product, would definitely recommend.

Our house is always warm & feels very dry with the occassional little bit of condensation on the windows on very cold nights. The staff are always friendly, happy to help & keep their appointment time! We will never change to another lesser quality heating system. Thanks HRV!

I thought it may take a while to see the impact, but immediately we went from having dripping windows in the morning to nothing. The house warms up easier and I love that you can pull the heat down from the roof! Gary from HRV was really helpful and informative, and we're now talking to HRV again about getting a ducted heating/cooling system :) Thank you Gary!
