★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever !! I had tried to sigh my 5 year old up to do gymnastics, never got dates, prices, timetable, email nothing . I just had a call from the manager Claire to say we’ve missed 3 week and that I have to pay my fees !!! I didn’t know it hard started let alone how much it costs . She tried to tell me it’s common sense when it runs when my child is 5 and just started school sports ??? How is this obvious ! Looking into fair trading act to take further !
