★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's happened to this place? It used to be fantastic . But now the customer facing staff appear to hate their jobs. To the point that it feels like you're going into combat when visiting the show room. They're combative, seem stressed are begrudging at every turn. Not good for a once great business.
