Brief History
Hutt City Auto Electrical was first owned and operated by Hus Kala who opened in 1993 on High St, Lower Hutt. In 2003, Hus moved the company to the current location, on Hutt Road in Petone. 2010 saw them become MTA members and they continue to be members of the MTA. In 2013 Hutt City Auto Electrical was passed on to Stuart Ingham who had been working with Hus since 2008.

β β β β β Stu fitted me in at short notice to look at rear light failures. Resolved in about an hour and a half. Also checked aircon unit that wasn't working and got that going as well with some good old Kiwi ingenuity. Warned me a permanent aircon fix might be required in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, the work, and the cost. Would not hesitate to go back.

Their service is always quick and affordable and I usually get to bring my car in on the same day I call them. The staff is really friendly too. β β β β β Highly recommended!! Friendliest, welcoming lot out and not out to rip you off!! I rang around what felt like 10+ other places for quotes with all bar these guys saying it was gonna be a hard job etc etc it was gonna cost over $200 etc etc come to Hutt City Auto Electrical and they were the best priced and said it's a straight forward job, easy as.... 2hrs later my car was done.... That was removing and installing a new head unit.... Thank you so much again!!! Will definitely be back if I need too in the future
