Bought a car and have a very little problem, which was never fixed but they been promising to fix and coming up to 1 year now. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just bought a Nissan Leaf from Kieran at HVS. I live in Wellington so had to buy it sight unseen and I have to say the process could not have been easier. Kieran was incredibly helpful, prompt to reply to my questions and very friendly to deal with. I wanted something extra done to the car and it was sorted out straight away. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. The hard part is now having to eagerly wait for the transporter to deliver my new car...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good connection with very dodgy WOF they provided for you. I asked to fix a head light before WOF, then they said car is ready, but still nothing change! A head light didn't go and few touch up hasn't been done. Before I signed, Heyley was friendly, but not after I signed. Karen was useless as he nearly showed me a wrong car. Their garage man couldn't do easy job, and he didn't change a valve of light and had no idea about his responsibilities. I will tell you, ask an auction sheet and WOF paper that they got from VINTS. I had to pay for shock absorbers within a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ad said said the radio is compatible for NZ. Get the car home and have a try to tune it in and the radio is in Japanese and will only find radio stations below 80khz or there abouts. Not NZ compatible at all.
False advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the professionalism of their staff. I picked a car and told the salesman that I would be back at a specific time (one hour later) with my partner and I asked him if he needed my phone number encase someone else showed an interest but he said that it would be fine and he didn't need it.
We went back just over an hour later and he'd sold it from under us. Very annoyed that he couldn't be bothered taking my number.
I ended up buying a car down the road in another yard
