β β β β β Attempted to return a product purchased 15 minutes earlier for a similar product, was refused as apparently "all sales are final" anti-consumer policy and poor customer service. Spend your money somewhere else, buying online from respectable stores is better than visiting hyalite hamilton.

β β β β β So i got the wrong bags and returned them to swap for the correct size , they refused and forced me to buy all the bags again . If making another $8 sale is more important to them than customer satisfaction they dont deserve my repeat patronage . Petty and insulting policy , shame on them.

On top of that, the potting mediums, are a far superior quality, than medium mixes, from other plant stores.
The growth and development of both succulents, a wide range of indoor house plants and outdoor vegetable and flower garden plants and trees, is noticeable. I love the light loam, which don't compress, like more heavy medium based mixtures.
Some may suggest it is more expensive but, each to there own.
One more major beauty; you aren't in line for half an hour! Good fast service is a winner....???β??
