★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a very expensive light from these guys that they heavily encouraged me to purchase and it lasted no longer than 2 months. I took it back in to see what my options were and i was told "if you come back in tomorrow, my manager will sort out a better option for only $35 more." so i did just that and when i explained my problem to the manager he told me "throw it in the bin and buy a new one". As it turns out - they no longer stock this light due to apparent defects so one would think they would do what's right and sort out some form of solution or at least some store credit toward a replacement? If this weren't enough, i liaised with multiple employees at both the kaiwharawhara store and the upper hutt store and every single employee looks and acts like they have been smoking a lot more than the green. Not professional at all- the manager even suggested he would fire his employee if they had indeed told me i would be able to get an upgrade. I am now $170 down and still have no idea what to do with my broken lamp. I would highly recommend not wasting your money or time at Hyalite.
