Although they may do an excellent job of waterproofing, unfortunately their customer service is a little lacking. I called and spoke to someone about quoting for a job for us waterproofing a deck, and they asked me to email using the website enquiry... that was 19 days ago and I've sent 2 emails since (and received their auto email response back saying they will be in touch). No response (calls or email) at all. Disappointing - hopefully not typical treatment for people wanting to use their services.
