★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one hypnosis session with Lilly and it was life changing. She was very professional and definitely gave her heart and soul into this 3 hours session. Her approach is very in depth and touched a lot of different aspect in my life. We focus on my life mission and we connected to a few of my past lifes/ parallel lifes and found out information about my life purpose and mission. And clarify my focus on this life which is my connection to my lemurian self.
Lilly also guided me to release a couple of my shadow selfs or entity live in my body that I dont even know they were existed before this session.
After this session with Lilly, I felt like I had more clarity toward my ability and life purpose, a lot of my doubts were cleared, i had more confident to pursue my creative works and my spirituality path.
I highly recommend Lilly if you are a lightowkers or starseed or anyone that and is looking for clarity and answers about life mission and purpose and your gifts to this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my first appointment with Lily. Wow. I went there because i had bad sciatica pain and felt I wouldnt be able to go to work tomorrow. I knew i couldnt see a chiropractor because of the time of night but I knew i needed someone to take this pressure off. So I rang Body mind and Soul and luckily got an appt straight away. Lily worked on my body and it was amazing. I left there feeling so much better and feeling like i was lighter and refreshed. The pain has subsided and i feel amazing. I definatley am going to spread the word about your amazing treatment,

Yesterday I had the wonderful experience of a 2 hour session with Aurelie for a Raynor massage. What an incredible time! This was the first time for this type of massage and it will not be the last. Thorough and so professionl, so caring. Making people feel better is a real gift and talent.

As a long time insomnia sufferer, I booked in a hypnotherapy session. I was very surprised at the effectiveness and relief from one session. This was the beginning of my healing journey through hypnotherapy.
One year later, I booked in for regressive hypnotherapy hoping to move forwards and find more balance, freedom and happiness in my life. I highly recommend regressive hypnotherapy as a way to support healing and to clear/ reset negative subconscious patterns. My life has changed dramatically for the better and I am so so grateful for Lilly's work. She is an amazing soul.
