★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so to start off this terrible experience, I tripped as I walk into the place and one of the employees literally laughed at me and said that was perfect for his tic toc or something, I was more embarrassed than anything so I tried laughing it off as well and I accidentally passed gas as I was standing and now this employee and ANOTHER customer are both in stitches. I was able to get away from the two ingrates to hide my tears, and I walked around a corner to see what I’m almost positive was a drug deal happening between an employee and a plain clothes civilian wearing those rapper clothes. They even did one of those urban handshakes. Not a single person asked if I needed help finding anything, and when I asked for the restrooms someone told me that there were signs, my vision isn’t the greatest, and I didn’t even realize I wasn’t in The Cheesecake Shop. Anyway this place has terrible customer service and I don’t think that was a toilet that I’d used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a worse experience at this place. I came in the other day asking for Mike, apparently he left so I dealt with a guy named Brenden. He was so unhelpful, he didn’t answer any of my questions and I think he was more focused on playing games on his computer than actually helping me out. Completely unimpressed with the entire experience. Will not be coming back.
