★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to source a part previously ordered from ET branch. Lady at counter advised none in stock. That’s fine. Went and got “Graham”. Graham’s attitude was evident from the start. Told me they had none (already knew that). I asked if there was anything similar. He said no and could order it in. Started complaining about stock take. I explained I was looking for something for today. I asked for a PoE injector or a PoE switch. His response was “what the hell is that?”.
His unwillingness to help and arrogance was evident in his entire attitude. I couldn’t believe it and walked out.
Phoned the manager (Garrick?) to give him a polite heads up RE Graham’s customer service!
His response was “you were lucky you had Graham). I hung up at that point. He was clearly upset as I said I’m going to JA Russell when he walked out the door.
After speaking with TWO separate companies who previously used ideal it’s clear why no one shops there...!
