β β β β β They don't seem to be in business any more. Google maps took us to a shabby house on Ponsonby Rd and it was unclear how to get In. When we called during business hours (according to Google maps) the phone kept ringing with no forward to voicemail.

β β β β β Ordered my wedding flowers 6 months out from my wedding, sent a very detailed email and pictures from their website of what I wanted.
24 hours out from my wedding i get a text saying sorry i couldn't get the flowers you wanted, this sent me into a spin that i didn't need. needless to say i was gutted, pissed off and furious all at once and paniced as to how this would be sorted. After hours of arguments i ended up settling for silk made flowers (not ideal) for my flowers and the head table. The flowers arrived on the morning of the wedding and they where ok however they got the ribbon wrong for the girls roses and I had to scrambble and send someone down the road to find the right ribbon and fix them. Not something you would expect to have to deal with on your wedding day. I did get a full refund for my bouquet only and I saw this as a very small token to fix the massive problem i had to deal with for my big day. Not impressed and sadly would not recommend this company for any flower occaision. I had no choice but to allocate 1 star if I could it would be NO stars

β β β β β Yvonne and her mother did an amazing job getting 6 massive bouquets together for my grandfatherβs funeral in February. It was truly beautiful and the flowers went in his grave with him so we are very grateful for the amazing service during a difficult time.
She went out of her way to make it as easy as possible for us and worked after hours on Sunday to ensure we got the flowers on time for his funeral first thing on Monday morning. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Ideal Florist did my wedding flowers and I couldn't be happier. Dealing with Yvonne was very easy and she responded to all my questions very quickly. I was very nervous about the wedding obviously, and I made sure I gave her photos to show her exactly how I wanted my flowers to look like. To my surprise, she imported the best quality Colombian roses for me, I was over the moon when I saw the roses!!!! She really went out of her way to get me the best roses. I was initially keen to get peonies for my wedding but she was very professional and reminded me that peonies are not the right flowers for the timing of my wedding and I'd be at risk if peonies are not available. She gave me options and really tried her best to show me the best arrangements. I'm so glad I followed her suggestions and didn't end up getting no flowers for my wedding!!
On the day of my wedding, Yvonne was early on site and worked through the day. She even stayed until I got there to make sure I'm happy with the flowers and arrangements. She also made sure the flowers are kept in water and INSIDE the fridges at the venue so my flowers wouldn't die or look dead in the hot summer day. I'm so happy and so glad I had her!
