★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quote on the 21st May to repair a laptop screen via messenger. I received an Instant reply which stated they would check tomorrow. I received no communication and asked again on the 28th May. I never received a reply back even though my message was seen. A simple reply stating that they wernt available or able to repair my laptop would have been great. I would not recommend anyone who couldn't even reply to a potential customer.
