★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their receptionist was so horrific to deal with, I eventually gave up and went to another psychiatrist. She claimed to not receive forms, cancelled appointments and rescheduled… by 3 months. I’m not joking. Generally didn’t respond to emails, and was obnoxiously rude on the phone. She is apparently famous for it, I know two other patients (who actually recommended dr kacer to me) who laughed and told me horror stories dealing with her. I’d laugh, if this wasn’t a situation where you’re dealing with patients who are mentally struggling. Fortunately I’m ok - but Perhaps have a hard think about your role in society? :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this provider through word of mouth, and though a little costlier than my personal budget allowed, decided to make contact anyway due to these positive recommendations - I am glad I did.
I have seen Dr Igor a few times over the past 6 months for psychiatry and have consistently found him to be professional, down to earth and succinct in his approach.
To get the most out of your sessions I would strongly suggest writing a brief list of points to discuss prior to your appointment (Especially if you struggle with recalling information on the spot).
Practice Manager Jude is patient and friendly; a pleasure to deal with and always on top regarding email communications, invoicing and appointment reminders.
