★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an old lady there who needs to be reeducated on gratefulness. I brought several bags of great quality clothes shoes books etc prev and dealt with a lovely lady, this time however, i dropped off 2 bags of near new and some new stuff , and when i said ill bring more when i can, coz i want to support this charity, the old lady, rudely told me , only if its good stuff, i get that . I wasnt dropping off rubbish but her tone has made me realise that ,no good deed goes unpunished. She made me feel bad , donating my really great quality stuff! She is not doing that place any favours, because ihc has lost my support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been donating and purchasing at this shop for years but this December was the last time I have visited it. There is an old woman at the till who is very rude. She felt the need to ask me for my vaccine pass. I have it but refused to show it to her because retail is NOT mandated and she was just being noisy and unbecoming! Her tone was irritating. Don't expect a smile from her. She is there to assert some imaginable authority of hers. She needs to be replaced before you loose your devoted customers and donors.
