★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imex Otahuhu offers a very, very disappointing service. The lady that seems to be the manager there really needs to go back to her job description and refamiliarise herself with it. She is completely lacking in customer services skills, her people skills are non-existent, and she didn't seem to have any basic management skills what-so-ever.
It is just ridiculous how this lady seems to think that WE, her customers, the very people that keep her employed, are inferior to her. She does not tolerate any kind of customer feedback, unless it is to say, thank you and have a nice day. Maybe she was having a bad day today, maybe she has a bad day everyday, I don't know. But one thing I do know for sure is that Imex Otahuhu, needs to fire it's current manager, or at least re-evaluate her position to remind her, that being rude to her customers is actually NOT a part of her job description. I for one will Not be using their services again, I will most definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone else.
