★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a reliable company to deal with, they are totally rip off. there service person is not professional. they approached us with big promises, hard to deal with they issued us invalid invoices and we recon problem was created by their technician. So sad to see companies like with no workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to tell them that one of my cans had only fizzy water in it and no coke and bourbon (Woodstock zero cola). I was eventually transferred to someone else who knew what they were doing and who could also barely understand me and it took half an hour for them to take down all of my details - painfully slow because English wasn't their first language (shouldn't be on customer service, sorry). Now I have to keep the fizzy water and the can in my fridge so they can run tests on it before they will reimburse me for the can! I am guessing they are going to make me somehow post it to them? They are also going to call me and ask me more questions apparently for an investigation. What a huge waste of time and absolutely nothing offered in return. Appalling. I am never buying their products ever again and I highly recommend no one else does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the NZ Pure beer, taste good, I feel less of a hangover the next day and so on. I notice some of these beers have preservatives in them that causes sulfurous acid build up in your stomach which is one of the why you spew your guts out the next day! NZ Pure beer has no preservatives or additives which is nice for the price (20.99$ = 12 beers). These other reviews are concerning, if I ever experience the same thing - I'll make sure to change this review, although my experience with independent liquor products so far has been great hence the 5 stars - if there was 6 stars I would've done 6 stars! heh
