If it’s been a while since you hit the indoor courts in Montgomery Crescent now is the time to get back into it. IndoorSports.co.nz have made it easy so to be part of the fun, just get 3 or 4 friends to recruit 1 or 2 friends each then register your team online. Individuals looking to join a team can also connect with others searching for team mates or even make themselves available as a fill-in player. There's a grade to match all levels of ability, you don't need to worry about games being cancelled because of bad weather and the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging.
Since new owners took over in 2007 major improvements have been undertaken. The courts have been resurfaced in quality imported artificial turf, new carpet laid upstairs and more recently they have implemented new software. This new software encompasses a massive 60 inch scoreboard on each court ensuring both players and spectators are kept up to date.
The scoring is live so once the game has finished players can go upstairs and check their team standings on the display screen.
Players can receive reminders about their next game and confirm their availability online. Team captains can then organise their players each week saving time and eliminating the hassle of ringing players.
You can hire out the venue for special occasions and parties – great for any sports fan wanting a novel way to celebrate a milestone.
The team at IndoorSport.co.nz are players themselves. Owner Mark Lord and manager Barbara Wirihana-Roil along with league administrator Peta Wirihana have been involved in the industry for many years and are keen to pass on their passion for indoor sports.

This place has been operating for many years now and always brings in a wide range of people from all different walks of life, to come and participate in indoor sports that is fun, social and good for keeping you fit. Indoor netball is 1 of the more popular sports that is played here with social mix grades, women only grades and competition level grade. Cricket and soccer are also offered here. Amenities are basic however this is no 5 star hotel, the men's and women's toilets are always clean. Upstairs you will find the front desk where you can pay for your games, ask questions or if you need a snack or alcoholic beverage then they have the facilities to offer that as well. Eftpos machine on site. There is also a top level that you can sit and look down on the courts to watch everyone else play while you enjoy a cold drink. Friendly and professional staff definitely an awesome place for fun and fitness so come get amongst it!
