β β β β β Excellent customer service. I went online to apply for IRD, and the details are unclear. Which we went to the office. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clearly explained what we have to do.

β β β β β We visited the IRD office (on 13th Jan 2020 around 12.30pm) because we were confused with some of online service options. The lady and gentlemen were so helpful and nice, they explained to us the difference and helped us to complete the form on the spot. We flu over from Aus to sort out these paperwork and we are so glad that we went to the IRD office in person. Thank you so so much!

β β β β β I think they need more staff and also they send me emails about contacting them because I havenβt filed a IR3 even though I have already done that and received my refund....also takes a long time to get your donations tax...they need a more efficient system. Or more training for the staff...but I donβt know the ins and outs as I donβt know what they do Iβm sure there is probably a reason.

I have letters in My IRD telling me really important things but I had no contact or physical letters, just notes sitting in my IRD waiting for the day I just happen to check it. I need to talk to someone about it but my call can't be connected and you don't even have a call back system. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

β β β β β I don't have time to wait on hold. Im trying to activate my account but can't do it without calling someone. I was on hold for nearly an hour and fear that I won't be able to get my tax refund before the deadline due to them being impossible to contact. I am unimpressed and can't believe that I have to deal with this for something so simple as activating an account.
