★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a user friendly organisation. Have tried to contact by phone with no results and as for using the registering system, forget it. Tried to get a taxation expert to act on my behalf but IRD inform me they cannot access my details or complete a return. What a joke.

I cannot reregister as I have already done that part of the process.I can't get through on the phone either so I can't get any assistance whatsoever. I am being taxed at the wrong rate and need to get this sorted as soon as possible. What is the telephone number to call to activate my account??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good got the answers i needed face to face. Had to go home and call up the 0800 number then got the run around being transferred to 3 different departments 45mins later only to go back to the first department i spoke with.
So phone service needs a rev up.
