Our firm currently recommends Nick and his team to our clients based on his professionalism, the thoroughness of his reports and his responsiveness. This time I used Nick to do a pre-purchase inspection for me personally. His report picked up issues that were not even identified in the Vendor's pre-Auction building report. He got in on short notice to complete the work which put us ahead of the game when it came to making a pre-Auction bid. His reports are easy to understand and well laid out compared to others. I also felt that the charges were very competitive for the quality and depth of inspection work undertaken. Put simply, I cannot fault the work that Nick did for me. Highly recommended.

The report was in electronic format and you can even click between the different items of interest with ease.
