Kylie is a Registered Psychologist working in private practise in New Plymouth.
Kylie works with children, adolescents, families, agencies and educational facilities to support positive change both individually and at a systems level. She works with children and young people who have been effected by trauma and/or are presenting with anger, depression and anxiety or engaging in aggressive or offending behaviour. Kylie can support you and your child with individual therapy, parenting interventions, liaison with teachers and other agencies. Kylie is registered as an ACC provider for Sensitive Claims.
Previously Kylie has worked for the Ministry of Education where she supported children presenting with severe and challenging behaviours. In 2011 Kylie took on a role with the NZ Police working with children and adolescents who were beginning to offend in the community. Following this Kylie started with WellStop Taranaki (Taranaki Safer Centre) where she worked with those affected by sexual abuse; including survivors and their families, and adults, adolescents and children engaging in inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviour.
