★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked them to come on a certain day and took time off work in order to be home. No one showed up, nor called me to inform me of any schedule changes. I eventually phoned them and asked them why this had happened and they told me there was some kind of mix up. I asked them when they would be able to rectify this and said that I would be leaving a 1star review if they were unable to make it right. So, they got some people out the very next day and fixed everything. A manager told me that they would wave the fee in the hopes that it would restore my faith in them, and at the time it absolutely did. However, they are now hounding me for payment and claiming to have never said this. I have now just found out they are taking me to Baycorp to recover their loses. I called them and the Boss was aggressive, angry and swore at me on a number of occasions. He claimed to have told me that I would still have to cover the sub-contractors costs, but that was never communicated at the time. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Professional Service. Rang on a public holiday to say my hot water cylinder was leaking. Was given verbal advise over phone with what to do. Received a text the next day at 8.10am and they were at my house by 10.00am. New cylinder installed the very next day so only without hot water for 2 days. I would highly recommend this company.
