★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the ISL Strategic Leadership Programme and subsequently. I am sending all our senior team on either the Strategic Leadership Programme or the Leadership Programme. We have also engaged ISL to facilitate an in-house programme for the SLT. This has helped to build team coherence and focus. To top this off, the financial modelling and simulation session, using our own data and scenarios, has shown us how we can quite easily achieve a bottom line ROI by at least a factor of ten - directly attributable to the investment in the programme. Our leaders are owning leadership and owning financial performance and owning ways to improve bottom line performance. They have taken a step up and they are loving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Forget everything you’ve ever thought about Leadership Training – the approach at ISL turns traditional training on it’s head. I attended the LP in Queenstown, and their approach is experiential, interactive, and challenged those long-held assumptions I had of myself as a leader. The venue was beautiful, the programme very well-organised – a ‘must’ for me. The calibre of the trainers were top-class, and I’ve chosen to continue leadership coaching with my coach after the course. For me, this programme ticked all the ‘must-haves’ of leadership training, and then a LOT more. I’m now trying to get all our managers through this, as the results are ten fold what I’ve seen on any other programme. Well done Institute for Strategic Leadership, world-class programme.

The program has given me the time to 100% reflect and work on these areas in a safe supportive environment which has given me the confidence that I can make changes and step up to become a better leader! The program really does replace your armour with heart and I found it very powerful!
