★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very horrible experience, we use the ILG for our house Insurance. But we got very slow and complicated process. When I want to claim my insurance, they gave me a lot of reason of cannot to claim, and ask me to fill in many form.
and the insurance fee is really expensive.
And I have to change another insurance company.

We have a contact for both our business, and personal content insurance. Which means we don't need to call, and wait on hold/have to pick different options before getting to 'maybe' the right department. I have the mobile number/email for each individual, any questions I can go directly to them.
They also understand the meaning of urgency!! Everything is done quickly, and we were updated every step of the way. Couldn't be happier! Will work with these guys for years to come, that is for sure.
