β β β β β I come from a bad family and have no career. These guys pay the bills that I can't get myself. Their medication regime is dangerous and unhealthy but I am beginning to realize the system is a force of nature.

β β β β β Giving them no stars for not doing their job to support my daughter who is living with me with no winz income for more than a month. She needed to see their GP for a doctor certificate. Now I had to fork out my own money to register her a doctor including living under my roof. They continue to give me excuses after excuses saying their doctor is busy, having time off, etc. My son on the other hand is UNDER them, but he has a qualified nurse to see him fortnightly and fax his doctor certificate to winz every three years. They are a absolute hopeless team who says they care.

β β β β β 10/10 in the short amount of time Iβve been with Manukau Mental Health Services, they have really gone out their way to give top quality care and support. I am always treated with dignity and respect. I am currently receiving therapy with Dr Fraser who is an absolute amazing Psychologist!! Iβm so grateful to be getting the help I need. I feel safe and always listened to. I love that I can laugh and also come up with practical tools with Dr Fraser too and no problem is ever a silly problem. My Dr ,Tony (Staverton), is such a warm hearted human being and I owe him and my team every victory that is going to come after I finally taper off my medications this year which has been my dream for a very long time now ?Thank you Dr Tony for allowing me to come off this year??Iβve also worked hard for this moment.I also have a beautiful and bubbly, energetic and crack up Key worker Davina, please look after your medical professionals, especially the ones with good hearts!!! They are so precious and need to be looked after at all costs!! Last but not least, to another ball of energy and someone who has a big toolbox of strategies, my Peer Support Specialist, Elaine?I love that I can laugh with my team but also that we are all on the same page when it comes to my goals. A lovely,And genuine hearted , hardworking team. I Will miss you all dearly when Iβm discharged potentially at the end of 2022 but I will never ever forget you all. I love you all so muchβ€οΈ???God bless you ALL, ALWAYS!! Love, Verity xx
