Fast trip, great air con! , nice seats, great driver!

Clean & comfortable, nice rest place at the end with good seating and nice views while waiting for the bus. Friendly and helpful people at front desks, prompt and efficient service, some go above and beyond to help with any problems with bookings or any other hiccups along the way; I haven't needed this service myself but I have seen them help others on a number of occasions when catching a bus from there; thought that was pretty cool and especially helpful for newbies or strangers to Whangarei who may not know where to go for help, the Hub is definitely a go too! Nice little gift shop, but very touristy, & with nice prices ! Centrally located and situated in the heart of town & the basin so definitely is the hub of down town. Have yet to go and explore the exhibits and displays in the Hub building. Always enjoy traveling on Intercitu Buses, always a comfortable ride, usually clean and tidy, comfy seats, especially love the seats that practically fold down into a nice sized single bed, I could've crashed out but was a bit paranoid about sleeping with strangers around lol so usually manage to enjoy a light nanny nap before falling into a deep sleep....such a smooth ride, usually arrive to destination in no time, before I realize it BOOM we're there, safe & sound. ?

Didn’t have to wait that long for the intercity bus. Arrived on time and left on time. Very happy with the fast service :))
