★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pick up a mate from ChCh. Wasn't sure where the bus arrives in Invercargill so I went on to their web site and it shows pick up and drop off is the museum Gala St.
Waited 30 minutes after drop off time only to have my mate arrive at the museum in a taxi. The drop off is the Tuatara Cafe Dee St.
Rung Intercity and explained the website for Invercargill is not up to date.
He promised to get the right info on their site.
That was 6 weeks ago and nothing has been done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a emotional fearwell to my family we all crying saying goodbye the bus driver has bad attitude starts demanding being really rude telling me get on the bus... I had to contain myself not to get upset.. I've seen him growl at passengers and this is a really bad trip.. Thanks to the driver of your bus my day just got worse I'm traveling from Invercargill to Christchurch we have not long left Milton. This experience is going to viral I'm laying a formal complaint
